Medical Sales Executive

Position Level Junior Executive Requirements Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Science, Nursing, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in medical device sales or pharmaceutical sales is highly advantageous. However, fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales and the medical field are also encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess a valid driver's license with a willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Strong understanding of (or willingness to learn) the medical and emergency services landscape in Malaysia. Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, government EMS agencies, private medical centers, and clinics. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key medical professionals and procurement managers. Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the clinical and operational benefits of our solutions. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for your assigned region. Attend conferences, exhibitions, and tender briefings to represent the company. Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
